Kevin Pace is a seasoned educator, leader, and consultant with over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning the voluntary, public, and private sectors. His career began in the voluntary sector with Citizens Advice, where he combined his legal studies with community advocacy—an experience that shaped his values and instilled a deep passion for serving others and supporting social change.

Since then, he has built a diverse portfolio of roles across education, local government, non-profits, and enterprise. He has successfully led multi-agency, multi-disciplinary teams, managed complex programmes, and delivered both large and small-scale initiatives with measurable outcomes. As a business and education consultant, he have raised over £15 million in funding, supported strategic reorganisations, and trained professionals across various levels and sectors.

Kevin Pace’s academic and professional background spans Law, Business, Leadership, and Organisational Behaviour. he has held senior roles in teaching and leadership within Key Stage 4, Sixth Form, Further and Higher Education, and international learning environments. He is also a recognised consumer credit expert and a passionate trainer and public speaker.
Since 2014, he has focused significantly on building resilience in individuals and organisations through coaching, training, and positive psychology. I authored Being Happy, a practical guide to supporting young people’s mental and emotional wellbeing.

Above all, he remain a proud and committed classroom practitioner, inspired by the opportunity to help students learn, grow, and achieve their ambitions through education and empowerment
