Introducing Mr. Matthew Nesiayali, a faculty member of DGBS (Docenti Global Business School) and the Director of People and Organisations of Syncware Limited located in Rivers State, a software company providing carbon-based forecasting technology solutions for oil and gas companies.

A graduate of Library and Information Science with a Master’s in International Human Resources Management. He is currently undertaking a Master’s in computing at Birmingham City University, UK.
Mr. Matthew Nesiayali has majored in Human Resources Management, Corporate Management and Administration space, and possesses a cognate work experience of over 18 years across Maritime, Supply Chain, downstream Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Executive Education, Utilities and Software sectors.
He holds certifications and membership with these professional bodies namely:
Centre for Public Productivity (FCeprod), Society for Human Resources Management (SCP-SHRM), Chartered of Personnel Management Nigeria (MCIPMN), Chartered Institute of Administration (MCIA), and Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
