The Restaurant and Bar Operations Certification is a rigorous, career-oriented program that develops professional competencies for the hospitality and food service industry. This curriculum provides comprehensive training in essential operational and service disciplines, preparing graduates for leadership positions in dynamic hospitality environments.
Through a combination of lectures, discussions, group activities, and case studies, students gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge to thrive in Restaurant and Bar Management.
The program will consist of 12 modules, each lasting 2-3 hours. The modules will be delivered through a combination of lectures, discussions, case studies, and group activities.
