We are glad to introduce Andrew Hageman BA MBA PhD. For over thirty years, he developed, redesigned, and managed undergraduate and post graduate university programmes in the US, France, Switzerland, and the UK.
While serving as a full-time professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, undertook a range of projects with the US Defence Intelligence Agency, in Washington, DC.
Undertook project development in Poland and served as an Officer in Charge of a US Navy Reserve unit in the US/Spanish Naval Station, Rota Spain. Served as an unrestricted line officer as well as an intelligence officer in the US Navy and retired as a Reserve Commander.
Dean for Academic Affairs, The Montpellier School of International Studies, Clapiers, France. Delivered an accredited program in partnership with the School of Management, State University of New York at Buffalo.
Head of Business and Social Sciences and MBA Director, Richmond, the American International University in London.
Chief Academic Officer and Dean of Business Programmes, the American InterContinental University, London. Facilitated the redesign of the university’s undergraduate and post-graduate business programs, developed hybrid course delivery, and supported the UK validation of these programmes.
For five years served as an external examiner for the Robert Gordon University’s Aberdeen Business School in Scotland. Director, Planning and Development, the Foundation for International Education, London.
In addition to managing relationships with US universities who wanted to deliver academic programs in London, undertook several negotiations with a major Polish university in Warsaw.
Executive Vice President, Ilisagvik College, Barrow, Alaska. Facilitated the US regional accreditation of its academic programs. Was responsible for the development and management of an annual operating, grants, and capital budget of more than $14 million.
Chief Faculty Officer and a Director, Messe Rand Training, United Kingdom. Was responsible for the development and management of academic programs and initiatives in the UK and West Africa.
Undergraduate Programme Director, European School of Economics. Had responsibilities related to campuses in London, Florence, Madrid, Milan, New York, and Rome.
Currently, Vice Chairman of the International Advisory Board, Rotterdam School of Business and Public Policy in the Netherlands. Also serving as a faculty member in the post-graduate programs. In addition, am developing the application of AI, and artificial intelligence, for academic program development and delivery.
