Dr. Chukwuemeka Echebiri (PhD) is a Nigerian academic, resident in Norway and is currently employed as an associate professor affiliated with the department of Organisation, Leadership and Management at Inland School of Business and Social Science, Inland Norway University of Applied Science (INN University), Norway.
Dr. Chukwuemeka Echebiri (PhD) holds a part-time position as an assistant professor at VID Specialised University in Oslo, Norway. He earned a doctorate in innovation in service from INN University, Lillehammer campus, a Master of Science degree in Business from Nord University Business School Norway, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and Actuarial Science from Imo State University Owerri, where he graduated at the top of his faculty.
Dr. Chukwuemeka focuses his research and teaching on the intersection of innovation, leadership, strategy, and organization. Dr. Chukwuemeka Echebiri’s doctoral dissertation focuses on employee-driven innovation and empowerment. He has published his work in several international journals, including the first scale development for psychometrically measuring employee-driven innovation. Before entering academia, he worked in Nigerian banking and insurance. He has also served on the board of several organizations, including the Nordic Research School in Innovation (NORSI).
