Dr. Nath Aghraghra is a seasoned human capacity development coach and strategy consultant with over 10 years of experience driving transformative initiatives and building high-impact programs.
He serves as the Executive Director of RISE – Rapgen International School of Excellence and Managing Consultant of Adino Consulting Ltd.
Prior to his current roles, Dr. Aghraghra held various leadership positions, including Training Consultant at FATE Foundation, Director of Training Services at Transmodal Consulting, and Faculty Member at Lifebridge Purpose and Life Management School.

As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and community development, Aghraghra has founded several initiatives, including the Save The Youth Leadership Empowerment Initiative (STYLE INITIATIVE) and RAPGEN International Ministries. He has also received recognition for his excellent youth advocacy work.
