Currently serving as the Head of Planning and Business Optimization at Grand Cereals Limited, Sylvester brings over a decade of experience in end-to-end supply chain management.

His career has spanned significant roles at leading companies such as Henkel and British American Tobacco, where he led supply chain operations and strategy across West Africa. Sylvester’s expertise includes production planning, logistics, customer service, and crisis management, making him a well-rounded professional in the field.

Academically, Sylvester is pursuing a DBA in Strategic Management from the Eurasian Management and Administration School (EMAS Business School). He also holds a Master’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford, where he graduated with Merit.
